Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from beginning to end. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule while maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise all construction activities
- Oversee daily operations on construction sites
- Manage subcontractors and vendors
- Review and interpret project plans and specifications
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and regulations
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise
- Communicate with project stakeholders including clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams
- Prepare and present project updates and reports

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and construction estimating
- Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore, Prolog, and Primavera
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards
- Ability to manage contracts, budgets, and schedules effectively

-Experienced in Commercial Construction including retail, restaurant, financial institutions, healthcare, office, and multi-family

-Must be willing be willing to travel and work on projects outside of the Lincoln and Omaha Metro Areas.
